Shipping Charges: We usually ship within one business day of order placement depending on time of order and type of service requested.
*Most orders are sent via United States Postal Priority Mail Service and are $10.50 for the first pound and $4.50 each additional pound for US domestic delivery.
Most US Domestic Priority Mail parcels are delivered within 3-5 business days of order shipment, including Saturdays, if sent via US Priority Mail. The USPS states “3-Day”, although there is no guarantee of delivery day with the US Postal Service.
* Federal Express 2nd Day air for US addresses is available for an additional fee. We require one business day for processing. Second day does not include Saturday delivery. Please allow an extra day for processing.
* International charges vary by country. You may obtain quoted rates for USPS and FedEx after adding items to your cart. Fill in your country, province and postal code and then click “Get a Quote”. If you change the number of items in your cart, the quote will automatically change. *Tip- the best rates are obtained by increasing the number of items in your cart. The cost to ship 2 items is usually the same as 5 items for USPS.
Returns Policy:

* Merchandise will be accepted for return within 30 days of receipt by you. It must be unused and in new condition. You must contact us by e-mail for authorization and instructions before returning any item.
* If the merchandise is damaged or defective you will receive a full refund for the merchandise.
* If you believe the merchandise was significantly misrepresented on our website, and we agree, you will receive a full refund, including return shipping costs.
* If you simply are not satisfied with your purchase, you will receive a full refund on the merchandise, but not on any shipping costs. The merchandise must be returned at your expense.
* Refunds will by credited to the same credit card originally used for the purchase only. Purchases paid by PayPal will be refunded by PayPal.c

* All coffee, tea, and food sales are considered final once a package is opened. Once opened, these items cannot be returned or exchanged.
* All FINAL SALE items, which includes all specials and closeouts are considered final. These items cannot be returned or exchanged. Credit for shipping damage will be provided when we receive proof of damage.
